Refund & Exchange Policy

Order Amendments

  • Once an order is placed, modifications, including changes in size, design, or other details, cannot be accommodated.


Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • All orders are final. Cancellations are not permitted, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.


Production Timeline

  • The estimated production time for orders is 7 to 10 business days. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the order and production capacity.


Alterations

    • Customers are entitled to one complimentary alteration, provided the request is made within five (5) days of receiving the order.
    • Any additional alteration requests beyond this period may be subject to additional charges.


Order Storage & Abandonment

    • Orders will be stored at our facility for a maximum of 75 days from the date of completion.
    • After this period, any unclaimed orders will be considered abandoned, and Kham reserves the right to dispose of or repurpose the items at its discretion.
    • Any payments made toward the abandoned order are non-refundable.

Customization Policy

  • Orders that include customization requests (e.g., personalized designs, made-to-measure pieces, or alterations) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Ready-to-Wear Items

    • Ready-to-wear (RTW) items cannot be returned or exchanged after 24 hours of receipt.
    • We may accommodate length adjustments upon request; however, exchanges for a different size, design, or item are not allowed.

 Care Instruction Misuse

    • At KHAM, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Each item comes with specific care instructions that must be followed to maintain the condition and longevity of the product.
    • Please be advised that returns, exchanges, or alterations will not be accepted for any product that has been damaged due to misuse or failure to follow the stated care instructions. This includes, but is not limited to:
      • Using water-based washing methods (hand wash or machine wash), which are strictly prohibited
      • Ironing the garment, which may cause irreversible damage
      • Not using steam only, as clearly indicated
      • Failing to dry clean only, which is the only approved method for cleaning our garments


    • We kindly remind our valued customers to carefully read and adhere to the care labels provided with each product. Any item returned with signs of incorrect washing, ironing, or general mishandling will be deemed ineligible for return, exchange, or complimentary alteration.
